Description: Flame Retardant Lydorflam 5002 Deion Type: Phosphorus, nitrogen halogen free intumescent flame retardant. Lydorflam 5002 is an eco friendly polyolefin flame retardant based on phosphorus and nitrogen. Not only suitable for ordinary PP flame retarding, but also for reinforced flame retarding PP. Characteristics Lydorflam 5002 has high heat stability and thermo decomposing temperature and more convenient processing conditions. PP inflamed by Lydorflam5002 will reach UL94-V0. Featuring resistance to high temperature, no precipitation, water soluble, excellent electrical property, UV resistance, and no corrosive to molding etc. Finished products made from Lydorflam 5002 has properties of small density, low fume, little molding corrosion and good quality price ratio etc. Typical Applications It is widely used to polyolefin type high polymers, thermoplastic engineering plastics. Suitable to PP, PE, SEBS & EPDM. Recommended Dosage Resin Content Adding Dose of Flame Retardant Flammability PP + SEBS ≥35% V0 / VW-1 PE + EVA ≥38% V0 / VW-1 EPDM ≥35% V0 Precautions As volume density of Lydorflam 5002 is large, it is critical to disperse well flame retardant for flame retardation effect and its process. To ensure better effect, it is recommended to add appropriate dispersant in the formula to improve dispersion and processability of flame retardant. Sufficiently control moisture in raw material to avoid moisture effect to product performance. Reasonable process temperature is required, avoid flame retardant being decomposed at high temperature; the process temperature should not be over 250℃. Packaging and Storage 25Kg/Bag. Stored in a cool, dry and well ventilated area. Keep it away from sunshine.
